I also hope to highlight the positive impact Arc has on the lives of the people they support. Homelessness is often misunderstood, and by sharing real experiences from both staff and residents, we can help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage more people to support the organisation’s mission.
Since joining Arc, I’ve had the opportunity to meet some of the amazing staff working at the hostel. It has been inspiring to hear their personal stories, learn about how they started working at Arc, and understand what motivates them to continue making a positive difference in people’s lives every day. My role is to capture and share these stories through creative content so that more people can see the dedication, compassion, and hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

Viet finishes his placement with us on 10th July, and we’d like to say a huge thank you for all of his hard work during his time at Arc. We’ve really enjoyed having Viet as part of the team and wish him every success and the very best of luck for the future.
Keep an eye on our social media channels to watch the fantastic short film Viet has created about Arc, we can’t wait to share it with you!
